About Orvera AI

Built by the operators who ran the floor.

Orvera AI is an agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience. It was founded by leaders who spent their careers running high-volume contact centers, and we build, deploy, and run it the same way we ran those floors.

Where we come from

Orvera AI was started by leaders with more than eighteen years of experience operating enterprise contact centers. Not advising them. Running them. They owned the SLAs, staffed and coached the floor, took the 2 a.m. escalations, and sat through the QA reviews. Orvera now builds, deploys and runs the platform for its customers the same way, on the stack those customers already have.

That is an unusual place to start an AI company, and it is the reason this one works the way it does.

Running those floors is also where we kept hitting the same three problems. At every single enterprise.

  1. Deflection dressed up as resolution

Vendors counted a conversation as a win when it left the queue. On the floor we knew the truth. If the customer calls back tomorrow, nothing was solved.

  2. Quality judged on a rounding error

Teams reviewed one to three percent of conversations and made real decisions from it. We were coaching people on evidence we knew was thin.

  3. Software handed over with a manual

The tool arrived, the six to nine month project started, and the operator was left to make it work. Nobody who sold it had ever run a floor.

So we built it

Orvera AI exists because a conversation should end in an answer, not a transfer. The company started in 2022 on a conviction the tooling of that moment could not deliver. Intent-based bots deflected rather than resolved. Orvera AI, headquartered in San Francisco, was built for genuine containment and resolution instead, across voice, chat and digital channels.

Then the models caught up. Once AI could plan, decide and act across the steps of a whole conversation, the thing Orvera had been building became possible.

We did not want to be another vendor shipping software and wishing the customer luck. So we build it, we deploy it, and we run it on the stack you already have.

What we believe

Resolution is the only score

A conversation that ends without an answer is not a success, no matter what it does to the queue. We measure whether the customer's problem is actually finished.

You should never be locked in

We orchestrate the best third-party models inside a layer we govern. We do not build the models. When a better one arrives, you move to it without re-engineering anything.

If we build it, we answer for it

We are not done at handover, because there is no handover. We run the operation and we own what happens when it meets real customers.

Advisory board

Orvera AI's advisory board is eight operators who have run enterprise contact centers at scale. They hold the company to what it promises, and they pressure-test how Orvera deploys into a live floor, how it audits every interaction, and how it runs the operation afterward. Every one of them has answered for a queue, a headcount and a service level of their own.

We are hiring operators, engineers, and CX leaders who have carried the queue. And if you run an enterprise contact center, we would like to show you what we built.
