Role overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Python) with 3–4 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on experience with Python, and excellent communication and client-facing skills.

You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support decision-making for technical projects.

Experience with AI technologies and platforms, especially Voice AI will be highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

Interact directly with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
Work closely with the development team to define and document functional and technical requirements
Use Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation to support business and operational decision-making
Create and maintain process documentation, data flow diagrams, and user stories
Conduct feasibility studies, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligning with client expectations
Collaborate with QA teams to validate deliverables against business requirements
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
Deliver presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, or integration tasks
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client interaction

Good to Have

Experience with AI technologies and platforms (Voice AI preferred)
Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), or data visualization tools
Exposure to machine learning, data analytics, or process automation
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools
