Role overview
We are seeking DevOps Engineers to build, operate, and scale the infrastructure that supports our B2B SaaS platform. This role focuses on reliability, automation, security, and performance across development, staging, and production environments.
You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure systems are resilient, observable, and easy to deploy at scale.
Key responsibilities
Infrastructure & Cloud Operations
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure for production workloads
- Maintain and improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Support multi-environment setups including dev, staging, and production
CI/CD & Automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend and frontend services
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows
- Reduce manual operational overhead through scripting and tooling
Reliability, Monitoring & Incident Response
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting across services and infrastructure
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
- Perform root-cause analysis and drive system hardening initiatives
Security & Best Practices
- Implement infrastructure security best practices and access controls
- Manage secrets, credentials, and environment configurations securely
- Support compliance, audits, and security reviews as required
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and observability
- Support developers with tooling, documentation, and best practices
- Collaborate with backend teams on performance and scaling strategies
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and automation
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms in production environments
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks
- Exposure to security, compliance, or regulated environments
