Role overview

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our growing B2B SaaS business. This role partners closely with Finance leadership, Revenue Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

You will work across budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with a strong focus on SaaS metrics and revenue visibility.

Key responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
Analyze actuals vs forecast and provide variance analysis
Build financial models to support business planning and decision-making

Reporting & Management Insights

Prepare recurring financial reports for leadership and stakeholders
Develop dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to support business reviews
Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Accounting on month-end close and data alignment
Partner with department leaders to support spend tracking and budget management
Support finance inputs for board, investor, and executive materials

Process & Data Quality

Improve financial processes, models, and reporting accuracy
Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across systems

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems is a plus
Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription revenue
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly

Preferred Experience

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
Familiarity with revenue forecasting, ARR modeling, and unit economics
Exposure to tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive, or BI platforms
Experience supporting fast-growing or enterprise environments

Compensation

Base Salary Range:: $110,000 – $140,000
Additional:: Bonus eligibility, equity, and full benefits
