Seniority band: 3-5 years total experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS product marketing
Reporting line: Reports to the Head of Marketing
Location: Pune, India
Work model: 5 days per week from office. No remote or hybrid option.
Shift timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST (aligned to US business hours for live collaboration with US-based stakeholders and same-day sales-enablement support).
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day execution across the product marketing function: positioning artefacts, competitive battle cards, sales-enablement collateral, product-launch deliverables, win-loss synthesis, and use-case content. Translate the master narrative architecture set by the Head of Marketing into shipped artefacts on a weekly cadence.
Build and maintain the competitive battle-card library: regular refresh against the named competitor set, public-source monitoring (capital raises, product launches, analyst coverage, leadership changes, customer wins), and quarterly comprehensive refresh tied to win-loss synthesis themes. Maintain the battle-card library in the sales-enablement platform with named freshness dates per card.
Run the win-loss interview synthesis cadence: 5 to 8 interviews per month sourced from sales recordings plus post-loss conversations. Theme the interviews, draft the monthly synthesis brief, distribute to Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Produce sales-enablement collateral: one-pagers per product line, pitch-script variants (30-second, 2-minute, 5-minute), AE talk tracks across Discovery, Demo, Procurement and Pricing stages, MEDDPICC discovery-question packs, and competitive-displacement objection-handling kits.
Own product-launch execution under the Head of Marketing’s launch-tier framework: launch checklist completion, launch-comms drafting, launch-enablement materials, post-launch performance review. Expect 3 to 5 launches across the fiscal year depending on Product roadmap cadence.
Coordinate with the in-house design team on collateral production: one-pager design, pitch-deck variants, battle-card visual treatment, and asset-library maintenance in Brandfolder or equivalent DAM.
Maintain the product marketing asset library with named freshness dates and named refresh owners. Monthly audit flags assets older than 90 days for refresh consideration; quarterly audit forces refresh on anything older than 180 days.
Support quarterly sales certification re-tests on pitch scripts. Administer the certification, surface drift in delivery quality, report findings to the Head of Marketing and Sales lead.
Must-have qualifications
Two or more years hands-on in B2B SaaS product marketing with six-figure ACV and multi-quarter sales cycles. Concrete example: shipped 5+ competitive battle cards into a live SDR or AE cadence with measurable adoption.
Hands-on sales-enablement-platform fluency at administrator level: Highspot, Seismic, or equivalent. Comfort with named SLA on content freshness, named tagging discipline, named analytics on content-engagement-by-rep.
Hands-on win-loss interview craft: conducting structured interviews, theming qualitative data, distinguishing surface answers from structural patterns. Concrete example: shipped a quarterly win-loss synthesis brief that produced named Product roadmap inputs or named Sales-enablement changes.
Strong written-narrative craft. Long-form writing, line-editing, and short-form sales-asset writing across three registers (buyer-facing, AE-facing, executive-facing).
Named tool fluency: Highspot or Seismic, Gong, Klue or Crayon, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Notion, Google Workspace. Working comfort with Slack-based async collaboration.
Comfortable working a US-aligned shift (4 PM to 1 AM IST) full-time from office, five days a week.
