Overview

About this session

In this short, Orvera AI Founder and CEO Ali Merchant describes how the contact center's place in the business is changing. Contact centers were long treated as cost centers. With quality assurance across 100% of calls, they can become command centers that inform decisions well beyond the customer service floor.

The key is Voice of Customer, the small details captured in every conversation, which leaders can now analyze quickly without working through stacks of charts. Ali explains why those insights matter not only for growth but for helping leaders across the organization. The clip is designed for CX, contact center, and executive leaders.
