All of these phone calls coming in from customers that it could have been answered with a quick response, and it didn't have to leave a voicemail, create a ticket. It didn't need so many steps to be resolved. So for the AI calling, we thought it was low-hanging fruit as far as solving a problem and quickly. Not so much a problem. It was just to make us more efficient. So now the AI calling was a little bit less on the data security side, whereas somebody's using a phone and the system is searching information that we allow it to search for. So that was the door opener for us. After that was deemed to be successful and it only creates tickets when it needs to. Otherwise, it's resolving the inquiry and hanging up the call.
