We opted for a chatbot on our website. I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say when you go onto an e-commerce site and you have a question, it's so nice and quick and easy to just have a quick chat and get your question answered. So we implemented a chatbot not long ago to do the same thing, to resolve quick inquiries, avoid a phone call, avoid an email, and even avoid a support ticket unless it's truly needed. And the chatbot helps us determine whether a support ticket should be created.
